JD Couriers HGV Daily Checks

This app collects data input from HGV drivers including their name, VRN, odometer reading and the checks completed. There is also a section for identifiing any defects to the vehicle. Most of the checks are confirmed simply by checking or unchecking a box. This information is then sent to the transport manager for JD Couriers via sms (text messaging) or e-mail which ever method is preferred.
